Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

During launches, restocks, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Pre-order items will ship within the estimated timeframe listed in the product description. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are ready.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after processing:

United States: 2–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at info@korruptedcloset.com.
 We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed.

Korrupted Closet is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Korrupted Closet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.
